We are open about how search results are listed. This page explains what affects the order of results and what does not.

There are no sponsored results, ad slots or paid badges.
Daily random order
Matching professionals are listed in a random order that is redrawn every day.
Ratings, reviews and fees are not used
None of them plays a role in the order; no public rating is published either.
No paid placement
No professional can pay, or buy a membership plan, to be moved up or highlighted in the results. PsikologBul has no sponsored results, ad slots or paid badges.
Neutral ordering
Professionals who match your search are listed in a random order that is redrawn every day, so nobody stays permanently at the top or the bottom of the list. The professionals shown on the home page are picked at random as well. Ratings, reviews and session fees are not used for ordering.
Coming soon: earliest available appointment
We plan to order results by each professional's earliest available appointment, with the daily random order still breaking ties between equally available professionals. We will update this page when that change takes effect.
Filters
You can narrow the results by city, district, specialty, session type (online or in person) and keyword. Filters only decide who is listed. The order of the listed professionals among themselves comes from that day's random order, which does not depend on filters, ratings, fees or membership plans.
Approval is a condition for being listed
Being listed requires account and document approval. Only professionals whose profile has been approved by an administrator and who accept new clients appear in the results. Approval is a requirement for being listed; it gives no advantage in the order.
No recommendations or superiority claims
PsikologBul does not recommend any professional or present anyone as better or more successful than others. We do not publish star ratings, rating averages or review counts.
Session fees
Session fees are not shown in listings or on profiles. The fee is shown for your information, VAT included, in the booking step once you pick a time.
