What PsikologBul offers professionals
- Profile and listing
- Title, topics you work on, session type, location and a short introduction. After approval your profile appears in client searches and in the random selection on the home page.
- Calendar and appointment requests
- Define your weekly availability rules and exception days; confirm incoming appointment requests from the panel. Connecting Google Calendar is optional.
- The "Approved profile" mark
- Shown on profiles whose identity and professional documents have been reviewed, stating exactly what was verified. It cannot be bought and does not affect ordering.
- Neutral ordering
- No plan or payment affects your position. Results are listed in a random order that is redrawn every day; there are no sponsored results.
Sign-up and verification steps
- Step 1
Create your account
Sign up with your first and last name, e-mail address, phone number, password, title and province. You are asked to accept the Terms of Service and to confirm that you have read the Professional Privacy Notice.

Verify your phone
Enter the SMS code sent to your phone to verify your number; the professional panel opens after this step. A verification link is also sent to your e-mail address.

Submit your profile and documents
In the application wizard, complete your profile details, upload the documents required for your title under "My documents" and submit your application for review.
- Step 4
Review and listing
The verification team reviews your documents; if one is missing or unreadable, they request more information and notify you by e-mail. An approved profile is listed in a neutral random order that changes daily.

- Bachelor's diploma in psychology (or an e-Devlet graduation certificate with barcode)
- Clinical Psychologist
- Bachelor's diploma in psychology and a master's or doctoral diploma in clinical psychology (a transcript or diploma supplement if the field is not shown on the diploma)
- Psychological Counselor
- Bachelor's diploma in Psychological Counseling and Guidance (PDR)
- Psychiatrist and Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist
- Medical school diploma and medical specialty certificate
For diplomas obtained abroad, a YÖK equivalence certificate is also required.
If an academic title (Dr., Assoc. Prof., Prof.) is chosen, a document showing it is required; academic titles are shown only on approved profiles.
No payment to be listed; ordering is neutral
No payment is requested for signing up or applying; the only condition for being listed is document approval. There are no sponsored results, paid badges or plan-based boosts. Whatever you buy, your place in the results does not change.

Professionals holding the titles Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, Psychological Counselor, Psychiatrist and Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist. Services outside these titles (for example coaching) are not listed on the platform.
No payment is requested for signing up, applying or being listed. The only condition for being listed is the approval of your identity and professional documents. No payment or plan changes your position in the results.
After you submit your application, the verification team reviews each document one by one; e-Devlet documents with a barcode are also checked through the barcode. If a document is missing or unreadable, you are asked to complete it within the period communicated to you. You are notified by e-mail at every stage.
Only the verification team. Documents are stored encrypted outside the web root; a set period after the final decision the files are deleted and only the verification record remains. Clients never see your documents.
The session fee is part of your profile details and is not shown in listings or on your profile page. Clients see the fee only in the booking step, after picking a time, VAT included. No payment is taken on the site.
